The Challenge

Striive was tasked with creating a supportive setting for a young person, focusing on skill development, emotional stability, and social engagement. Key objectives included enhancing independent living skills, establishing consistent personal care routines, and encouraging community involvement.

The Approach

Creating Stability:
The participant thrived in an environment designed to provide a consistent and secure routine. Daily support included assistance with nutrition, personal care, and emotional regulation strategies.

Skill Development:
Communication and daily living skills were gradually built through tailored routines and the use of assistive devices, encouraging personal growth and confidence.

Community Involvement:
Regular engagement in community activities and school attendance enhanced social skills and fostered a sense of belonging. Family interactions were supported to strengthen emotional ties.

The Outcome

Striive’s structured, empathetic approach resulted in significant improvements in the participant’s daily living skills, social engagement, and emotional wellbeing, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
