At Striive, we understand that children and young people in residential care can have complex needs and often experience significant trauma. That’s why our therapeutic Residential Care houses create a safe space where they can feel protected and supported as they continue to grow and develop, surrounded by caring, trusted, and trained adults.
Staffed by trained professionals, we offer the care and guidance needed to ensure a safe, nurturing space where individuals can thrive and receive the support they require.
Our goal is to provide a therapeutic setting that promotes healing and growth.
These children and young people may be unable to be supported in their current placement and require specialised and intensive support to maintain stable care arrangements. We address the needs of children and young people more effectively and holistically to improve their safety, permanency, and well-being outcomes. This is achieved by providing a consistent approach to therapeutic care that’s person-centred.
We’re dedicated to ensuring you receive the support you need to achieve your goals and make the most of your NDIS plan.
Our support is designed to make daily routines easier while ensuring you retain control over your life.
We offer support to help you participate in community, social, and recreational activities, ensuring you stay connected and active.
As a child and youth service organisation, we Striive to be different. We don’t formalise our corporate structure allowing everyone in our team to have a voice, and those voices are heard. Embedding this in our DNA means we can focus on our clients, hear what they have to say, and guide them to a life better than today.
