These Terms of Use, and any access to or use of our services, including those relating to the provision of Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Australia. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.
We operate in accordance with all relevant ACT legislation and uphold compliance with the NDIS Act 2013 (Cth) and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care, accountability, and participant safety.
7. Compliance with Australian Law
Striive Care ensures that the Sites and Services comply with applicable Australian law, including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
